Sherwood HVAC Warranties

Our original Sherwood HVAC Warranties home warranty program is designed for the typical home owner. As always, you'll never have to worry about your heating and air conditioning system or home appliances again with Sherwood HVAC Warranties. We take care of all of the mainaintance, filters, parts, routine repairs, and costly equipment break downs for one monthly fee. You will never have any unexpected out-of-pocket charges, or deductibles. We also cover all of your appliances. From your clothes dryer to your refrigerator and everything in between. Reliable Comfort. That's our promise to you. When we say all-inclusive, we mean all-inclusive!  

Sherwood HVAC Warranties includes four HVAC filter changes per year (up to eight filters), two preventative maintenance visits on your central heating and air systems (up to two systems), and one annual hot water tank maintenance visit as well!   

This is what is included in your Sherwood HVAC Warranties plan:

• Clothes Dryers: All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.
• Clothes Washers: All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.      
• Cooktops: All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.      
• Dishwashers: All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.     
• Food Centers (Built-in): All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.     
• Freestanding Ice Makers: All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.      
• Microwaves (Built-in): All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.     
• Ranges: All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.    
• Range Exhaust Hoods: All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.      
• Refrigerators: All components and parts. Except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, Free standing freezer, Multi-media centers built into appliances, and wine chillers and consumables. ). A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.
• Trash Compactors (Built-in): All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.       
• Wall Ovens: All components and parts. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract. 
• Air Conditioning, Including Ductwork: with a MAX OF TWO AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS. All components and parts of the following air conditioning system(s): ducted central electric split and package units, geothermal, wall air conditioners, mini-splits. With regard to ductwork, except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, embedded ducting in concrete will not be covered), the following are covered: plenums, dampers, damper-only controls, leaks or breaks in ductwork (sheet metal, duct board, and flex duct including vapor barrier) from heating and/or air conditioning unit(s) including registers or grills.   
• Attic Fans: All components and parts.       
• Ceiling Fans: All components and parts.    
• Central Vacuums: All components and parts. Except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, access and closing costs to floors, walls, and ceilings when locating or repairing a malfunction), A maximum of 5 units are covered per contract.  
• Doorbells: All components and parts. Except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, when part of the intercom or monitoring system.). A maximum of 5 units are covered per contract.  
• Electrical System: All components and parts including Direct Current (D.C.) wiring, lighting fixtures, and built-in exhaust/vent/attic fans. Except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, Components wiring or cable of audio/video/computer/intercom/alarm/security wiring or telephone systems circuit overload; or overload protection and face plates.)  
• Garage Door Openers: All components and parts located inside the ceiling mounted electric motor of garage door opener. Except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, Door or door track assemblies, cables, springs) A maximum of 3 units are covered per contract.     
• Garbage Disposals: All components and parts. - A maximum of 2 units are covered per contract.   
• Heating System Including Ductwork: (For ducting coverage, refer to Air conditioning ducting above.) A maximum of 2 units are covered per contract. All components and parts of the following heating system(s): forced air (gas, electric, oil), geothermal, wall mounted heaters, floor furnaces, package units, heat pumps, mini-splits, hot water or steam circulating heat, electric baseboard. With regard to ductwork, except as otherwise noted above, the following are covered: plenums, dampers, damper-only controls, leaks or breaks in ductwork (sheet metal, duct board, and flex duct including vapor barrier) from heating and/or air conditioning unit(s) including registers or grills. except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, Outside or underground piping, well pump, and well pump components for geothermal and/or water source heat pump, Fuel storage tanks, portable units, Fireplace, grain, pellet, or wood heating units (even if only source of heating)   
• Instant Hot/Cold Water Dispenser: All components and parts. - A maximum of 2 units are covered per contract. 
• Plumbing System: Leaks and breaks of water, drain, gas, waste or vent lines, toilets and related mechanisms, toilet wax ring seals, faucets, showerheads, shower arms, valves for shower, tub, and diverter, angle stops, risers and gate valves (similar features of finish and style used when replacement is necessary), hose bibs, basket strainers, permanently installed sump pumps (ground water only), built-in bathtub whirlpool motors, pumps, and air switch assemblies, pressure regulators, expansion tanks, sewage ejector pump, clearing of sink, bathtub, shower, and toilet stoppages, clearing of mainline drain and sewer stoppages through an accessible cleanout up to 100 feet from access point, clearing of lateral drain line stoppages up to 100 feet from access point including accessible cleanout, p-trap, drain or overflow access points. Except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, Stoppages caused by collapsed, damaged or broken drain, vent or sewer lines outside the home’s main foundation, lines broken, infiltrated or stopped by roots or foreign objects, even if within the home’s main foundation; costs to locate or access cleanouts not found or inaccessible, or to install cleanouts, and access through roof vents; any fees for photo/video equipment, hydro-jetting equipment, chemicals, jet or steam clearing; bathtubs, sinks, showers, shower enclosures and base pans, toilet lids and seats, jets, caulking or grouting, septic tanks, water softener, water filtration/purification systems whole home water filtration system, holding or storage tanks, saunas or steam rooms.)
• Smoke Detectors: Battery operated and hardwired units.   
• Sump Pumps - See details under plumbing   
• Toilets: All components covered except lids and seats.   
• Water Heater: All components and parts, including tankless water heaters and circulating pumps. Except as otherwise noted in contract (For example, Auxiliary holding or storage tanks, fuel storage tank or energy conservation unit(s). A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.
• Whirlpool/Jetted Tub (Built-in): Covered: See details under plumbing. A maximum of 1 units are covered per contract.
