Hi, it's Brent from Sherwood Heating and Air and Sherwood HVAC Warranties. People always ask me why I started Sherwood HVAC Warranties. There are so many answers to that question that it's hard to find just the right one. I have worked for other home warranty companies for a long time. As a matter of fact, my entire business at one time was solely through home warranty companies. 

During that time I found that other home warranty companies never held up to the promises that they gave their customers. They charge customers an arm and a leg for a monthly fee, and then when a repair is needed, they charge expensive deductibles and out of pockets that sometimes run up into thousands of dollars.   

I decided to start Sherwood HVAC Warranties with one goal in mind, and that was to keep the promises that the other warranty companies had promised MY customers while keeping Sherwood HVAC Warranties membership costs low with no hidden fees. 

I decided that deductibles and hidden out of pocket fees were simply not fair to anyone and are only fair to the home warranty company. That's why we never charge any deductibles, or any out of pocket fees.

Half of my time was spent going behind other companies and repairing jobs that their techs had actually made worse than when they had found it. I made a promise to myself that Sherwood HVAC Warranties would never use any third party subcontractors. It would, will be, and is 100% Sherwood HVAC Warranties and Sherwood Heating and Air technicians. 

I have also ran across authorizations requests that could last for months. We all know that months in an Arkansas summer without air conditioning is not pleasant. 

These situations are not fair to consumers.
